A BLOG TO DIE FOR.........

Since I started this blog a few years ago, I always wanted my blog to be 'one of those blogs'. The ones that I frequent. You know the blogs that you check every day, because the author is creating a very exciting experience that you want to be included in! The type of blog that you cant wait to read every morning.
Mine has never been like that! I have come up with the 5 top reasons why mine is not like that!
5. Because I dont update it every day!
4. Because I generally write about my kids, including too many photos
3. Because I am not a poetic writer!
2. Because I dont think anyone except aunty Nancy reads it!
1. Because my life is just not that interesting!
But I can always dream that one day, I will have more than one follower.

Can you please leave a comment if you have checked in.

Friends and House Guests

Before I start - my apologies for the absolutely crappy quality of the photos today!!

I received a phone call from Kat this afternoon, asking if I was home and if it was ok if they came and visited. Before I was off the phone Jack and Isaac were banging on the front door! Yes she had rung me from her car in the driveway! That's my Kat lol, Not that she needs to ring me to visit - she is always welcome at my house!

Kat is my best friend, and had been for years. I met Kat at playgroup, when her son Isaac and Steph were about 8 months old - Kat says she remembers walking into playgroup and seeing Steph standing on a table dancing and Isaac wasn't even walking yet.

Isaac -

Kat then had her second son - Jackson - He was a little Buddha! LOL a roly-poly baby But such a cutie~ Kat and Jackson

When she was pregnant for the third time - and then lost the baby, it broke my heart and I could do nothing to help ease her pain except be there. God I felt helpless, but I hope it helped her in some little way, my being there.

Then she was pregnant again - I went to her first ultrasound with her, and constantly was by her side, visiting her and her visiting me. When Chloe was born, I raced to the hospital - Being the 1st person to see Chloe. I feel that Chloe is as much my child as she is Kat's -

Man I love that little girl, she is indeed a little princess!

Some real crappy pics because the kids have ruined my traveller digital camera!

OK so something came up when Kat was here, we were talking about house guests - and the being of house guests. I have never been good at hosting house guests - Overnight is fine, doesn't bother me but when they don't know when to leave - and having people in my house - in my personal space for more than 48 hours I have a problem with! We have friends who come and stay every couple of months and they have three kids themselves - now I love these people - been friends for about 8 years, but man, when the population of your household doubles instantly - it becomes unbearable and the littlest things get on my nerves!

And its not just others in my house - its me in other peoples houses as well! I can go and stay with my sister or H's sister and that's cool - but when its more than one night - I don't like intruding on others space. I know, I know - if they didn't want us there they wouldn't invite up but......well its their personal space... I don't like cramping their space! I have no idea where this feeling comes from. I wasn't always like this - maybe its Old age!!

Oh and talking about Old age - I swear I must be getting old and shrinking! The legs on my jeans are longer than they have ever been! - I'm hoping its because the heal on my new boots is not as big as the heal on my old boots.

OK here's a question - you know the old saying about talking on the phone when your in the bathroom - but have you ever talked to someone on the phone while in the shower???? hahaha I did today :-P LMAO

OK So Sunday Kats kids are modelling in the BRIDAL EXPO at the Bomaderry Bowling Club! I might grab the good camera and go get some decent shots of the kids - Kat assures me that the kids scrub up quite well!!
:-)

Here are a few of my Favourite pics of Chloe...(Yes she is my favourite, but its ok to have favourites if they aren't you kids isn't it??? )
