A BLOG TO DIE FOR.........

Since I started this blog a few years ago, I always wanted my blog to be 'one of those blogs'. The ones that I frequent. You know the blogs that you check every day, because the author is creating a very exciting experience that you want to be included in! The type of blog that you cant wait to read every morning.
Mine has never been like that! I have come up with the 5 top reasons why mine is not like that!
5. Because I dont update it every day!
4. Because I generally write about my kids, including too many photos
3. Because I am not a poetic writer!
2. Because I dont think anyone except aunty Nancy reads it!
1. Because my life is just not that interesting!
But I can always dream that one day, I will have more than one follower.

Catching Up - How much diference does 8 years make??

Would you believe, after posting last week about my high school friends Kelly and Heidi, I happened to run into Kelly's brother Dean in Video Ezy late last week. What a spin out! I asked how everyone was and had a quick chat with him. Also got his mobile number as he wants me to do some stuff at work for him

So when I got home from John and Pats on Sunday from my birthday Bar-B-Que, and there was a message on my answering machine from HEIDI AND KELLY, I figured Dean must have passed on the message that I was asking how they were. (Kelly and Heidi are cousins).

So last night I got up the courage to call Heidi. I rang and left a message on her answering machine because she wasnt home. So she returned my call today while I was at work. And she said that her and Kelly were just talking about me and asking when they each last caught up with me, and decided to give me a ring. I asked did Dean pass on the message that I had seen him and asked how they were and she said No, that she hadnt talked to dean for a while, and Kelly hadnt talked to dean for a while either!

So anyway, I bit the bullet and arranged to meet them for lunch on Friday.

I am very excited, but at the same time, I don't know what to expect. We were great friends back then. And I am actually a bit jelous too. Another of our friends from back then, Lyndal, still is very close to them and I run into her nearly every time she is down this way!!
I think we have just grown away from each other but I am very keen to catch up.
But I will update you and let you know!!

Hey Kylie,

Its not that you didnt rate a mention, I have only just started my refections on the past 10 years. But ran out of time. You will get a mention, How could I possibly NOT mention you?? After the amount of time we spent together and our friendship we shared???
