Had some old friends over for a Barbque yesterday. Jeremy is in the Navy based at Albatross and Tracy is a good friend from about 5 years ago. They used to live around the corner. They came over for a bbq and to catch up. They have 3 kids 10,8,5. Great to catch up with them again.
Started my kids on a low preservative, low sugar "Diet" as Master 6 calls it, but little does he know its not a diet its a Lifestyle change.
They are so full on and buzzed out on sugar all the time I have called it to an end. I told them there would be no sugar, no fizzy drink, no cocoa pops, fruitloops or anything like that. I have even decided to OUT white bread. I am gonna try and stick to it for about a month. See how they go. and if it hasnt settled them down at all I will try it a differt way. They were a bit shocked yesterday when our friends bought over a bottle of fizzy drink for their kids and they had to drink milk or 100% juice.
Went to In laws Sunday barbeque today. I have decided to do a christmas letter this year. We were reading all their letters from christmas and I think it is a much better idea than chrissy cards. We used to get a christmas letter from my aunty but we didnt get one this year???? HINT HINT.... WHERE WAS MY LETTER???
Got to enrol at TAFE tomorrow.... hope all goes well. Was talking to the mother in law yesterday about finishing my Certificate 3 and then thinking of doing a AusSwim course after that and getting qualified as a swimming teacher. I used to be a pretty good swimmer at school, In primary school I got the Age girl champion every year.
She said she would pay for my course as my birthday [present if I decided to go ahead and do it! I guess by the end of year I could be a swimming teacher.... I am getting excited now...
Well must go, things to do, people to see, (gotta go to video ezy and change the movies...)

Couldn't help myself had to check the blog before work! Actually posted Christmas letter a couple of days ago, it will probably turn up in the mail today!! LOL

Im gonna use this blog at chrristmas time to help remember what I have done all year. Memory seems to go a bit, cant remember what I did the day before yesterday...

Well I can relate to that, my memory is pretty bad too! I was thinking about starting a blog but I don't do anything other than go to work and then go home from work!! and you think your life is boring!
