A BLOG TO DIE FOR.........

Since I started this blog a few years ago, I always wanted my blog to be 'one of those blogs'. The ones that I frequent. You know the blogs that you check every day, because the author is creating a very exciting experience that you want to be included in! The type of blog that you cant wait to read every morning.
Mine has never been like that! I have come up with the 5 top reasons why mine is not like that!
5. Because I dont update it every day!
4. Because I generally write about my kids, including too many photos
3. Because I am not a poetic writer!
2. Because I dont think anyone except aunty Nancy reads it!
1. Because my life is just not that interesting!
But I can always dream that one day, I will have more than one follower.

This week in the Life of a Perry

We are enjoying the last few weeks of the holidays. It is very exciting because all the kids will be at school this year. We went to Sydney to pick up Shannen on Tuesday. While we were there we went to the maritime museum with Nikki and Zac. It was wonderful. They have a pirate exhibition on at the moment and the kids dressed up as Pirates.

We got to walk through HMAS Vampire. Not only did we see it, we walked through it!

we actually walked through this submarine and even got to look out through the periscope. It was partly submerged when we went onto it.

Yesterday we went to the Nowra Museum.
I haven't been there for about 20 Years. The kids have seen it as we drove by and kept saying to me I want to go to that museum mum and I have never seen it open. But yesterday we drove by and it was open. Unfortunatly Shannen was at work and missed out on seeing it.

The plans for haileys 21st are going along smoothly. We crossed two things off the to do list yesterday and mum and myself are going to go and do the non perishable shopping
today. I am still stuck for an idea for a fancy dress costume.
The theme is "Stars and Idols Past and Present"

Please send me your ideas.......... No Kylie I am not going as Billy Idol!!!!!

Any way I have just gotten a heap of photos from mum to do a photo thing for the party and have been having a wonderful laugh..... I even found a photo of Shai when she was 7 or 8! But better get it approved by her before blog it!!
But anytime I get a spare 5 minutes I will add LOTS and LOTS of the kids from ages ago and maybe even some of me when I was a young Tacker..

But for now I had better go and have a shower and get ready to go shopping........ Nothing interesting just grocery shopping.
